Annual General Meeting

As IkamvaYouth is registered non-profit it is required that each year an annual general meeting is held. It summarises your year of work and offers you a chance to see what other branches are doing, what challenges they face, and what is working well for them. This is also a chance for anyone interested in IkamvaYouth’s activities to find out more as it is open to all.

It is best to organize the AGM at the same time as other branches so that you can share documentation and get feedback from all branches to present at your AGM. This guide takes you through what documentation and other resources you will need to hold a successful AGM event.
