Nominated branch com members, the report from the weekend, action plan, so always have sheets of paper with action, who’s responsible, and deadline – turn from idea into action deliverable, hold people accountable; for program planning, give to group to fill in

Actions and Responsibilities but also timeline of Events and Deliverables

Everyone must be clear on what needs to happen and when which include dates

Management from Branch Coordinator – make sure that Branch Com members are active and productive – get action out of branch com as opposed to just discussion, so keep them accountable and make them report on meetings each time

Branch Com Minutes: they go out to the whole tutors list, so you can see who delivered well and who didn’t – extra incentive
